Verónica Villarroel comes from Argentina and was born in Buenos Aires. Graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Danza Maria Ruanova and for Dance Theater at the UBA, Universidad de Buenos Aires.
“My career as a jazz dancer and as a teacher of body expression immediately changed in their direction when I fell in love with tango. My teachers were Antonio Todaro, Juan Carlos Copes, Eduardo Arquimbau- with whom I worked internationally for ten years- and all the milongueros (experienced tango dancers) who ignited in me the love for this dance in which four legs dance and a heart beats.”
